Why should I book with Universal Photobooth
Rentals? |
We have several years of experience in this field and
a photography background as well. Quality and customer service
is as important to us as it is to you. We offer your choice of
4"x6" Block Photos, Photo Funstrip or Photo Cube, high
quality prints, will not fade or discolor over time, unlimited
use of the booth, so your guests can use it over and over, Color,
Black & White or Sepia Tone (Your choice), no extra charge
for back up CD or flash drive, professional attendant always
on site, free prop box included, free online gallery available
upon request, and we are fully insured. Our services have provided
hours of fun at hundreds of weddings and corporate events.

How do I book with Universal Photobooth Rentals? |
Give us a call or contact us here
to let us know your date. If the date is available, then we can
reserve your date with a deposit. We accept: Cash, Cheque, Debit,
Visa and MasterCard.

Are your booths real photobooths? |
Yes, all our booths are professional booths, quality
equipment and latest up to date software. Not a home made set-up.
 |
Before I book, can I see your booth and meet
you? |
Sure, let us know and we can make arrangements for us
to meet, see the booth and maybe even test it out before you
book.
 |
Do I need any special power outlet for the
booth? |
The booth simply plugs into any wall outlet. We prefer
to have the outlet within 10 feet of the booth to avoid any tripping
hazard over power cords.
 |
How many people can we fit into your booth? |
It's really up to you. We've had as many as 12 people
in our larger booth and everyone was seen on camera.

How big is your booth, and will they fit through
regular doors and elevators? |
Our booths are portable and made to fit in elevators
and through normal doorways. Moving up stairs is no issue however
we like to know in advance if we are going to be moving up a
large number of stairs.

Do I pay for set-up time? |
Absolutely not. You only pay for the time you have booked
the booth to be in use. We do not charge for set-up and take
down of the booth.
 |
Is the set-up going to disrupt my wedding
or event? |
No, not at all. We will set up early in advance and be
there to open the booth for your scheduled time. Set up is quick
and quiet.
 |
Do I have to worry about the booth breaking
down, or technical issues? |
No! Our booths are state of the art technology. We always
have an attendant on site to ensure proper functioning of the
booth and to assist your guests if needed.
 |
Do I get an actual printed copy of the photos
and how long do they take to print? |
Yes, each time the booth is used, the photos will print
out right there for you on the spot in about 30 seconds.
 |
What kind of quality are the photos and will
the ink smudge? |
The photos are high resolution prints on high quality
grade paper. The ink will not smudge at all. These photos will
last years to come without fading or changing tone.

What if I want the funny hats and glasses?
Do I pay extra for those? |
No, the prop box is included in your rental. If your
event has a theme, we can even customize a prop box for you.
 |
Is there a limit on how much we can use the
booth? |
The use of the booth is unlimited during your rental
time. You and your guests can use the booth as much as you like.
 |
What if I want to get double prints? Do I
pay extra for that? |
The Photo Funstrips automatically include double prints
at no extra cost. Double prints for the 4x6 block photos are
a flat fee per event. Contact us for rates.

Will I be able to see all the photos my guests
have taken? |
Yes, we will provide a CD of all the photos for you and
your guests to share.
 |
Can I select a custom backdrop for my wedding
or event? |
We have several to choose from as we try to provide many
choices. If you have specific color, let us know and we will
try to get it for you.
 |
Can I select a custom logo for my prints? |
Yes. We can create a custom logo for you, or if you have
any specific graphics you prefer, send it to us as we will have
that set up for you. We will also be emailing you a proof of
the logo so you will see exactly what it will look like before
your event. We are always open to your suggestions and ideas.
